The Basketball Team of Pascal English School took parts in the Cross Over 2018 Basketball Camp in Serbia, one of the largest basketball camps in a country of Europe whose basketball level is especially high. The event takes place in July and August. Global Education wanted to materially support this event by becoming the official sponsor of the team.

On Wednesday July 11 a seminal was hell on IGCSE English as a Second Language   at Semeli Hotel. The Organizer of the seminar was the  Sheridan Language Centre and it was sponsored by Global Education as well as the  Paper Works Philippides. Its aim was the exposition, to teachers of English, of the changes that are going to be made IGCSE examination as from 2019.  The challenges to be faced by the students in their preparation were also analysed and the significance of the development of a set of suitable strategies on different learning frame works, where explained. The Managing Director of Global Education Cyprus, Mr. Chris Sofroniou attended in the Graduation Ceremony of the American Academy of Nicosia The graduates in the 2017-2018 class, having achieved excellent results, were admitted by international famous universities abroad. Mr. Sofroniou congratulate the graduates and game the Ethos Prize to the student Reem Shalhoub and the Excellent Prize to Andreas Kantartzis.

The audients where thrilled by the dancers and singers of The Musical “Beyond Broadway. In two exciting show that took place in Cyprus on the 21 of April at the Satiriko Theater in Nicosia. The show included original and modern choreography created by school Cyprus Performing Arts. For two hours the audients enjoy songs from the best known parts of the Musical and of course dancing, lots of dancing. Songs and dancer such as fame Oliver Twist. Many sponsor of both performances was Global Education Service which supports and promotes the work of talented and charismatic young people.

Υouth Dramatic Arts (Y.D.A ) staged last Christmas the well-known dance musical Grease in the unique performance at the Satiriko Theater Nicosia. Grease Christmas Spectacular 2017 was based on the homonymous Broadway Musical by Warren Casey and Jim Jacobs of 1971, which inspired the spender film Grease of Paramount Pictures in 1976 with John Travolta and Olivia Newton-John as leading actors. The spectators enjoyed the show and the talented young singer and dancer who took part in it.
