Chef and Lecturer Phil Hardy, from Derby University – Buxton Campus, visited the Technical School III in Nicosia on Wednesday, March 6, where he spent the whole morning with students in the cooking and banquet department. Chef Hardy showed students how to make profiterole, and then students under his supervision made their own. It was a special experience for students, who participated with a lot of interest.
The visit was organized within the framework of the collaboration of the Federation of Parents Associations and Technical Education of Nicosia and the educational organization, Global Education for the provision of experiential workshops and lectures to parents and students in order to educate them about courses available in universities in UK.
