We recently spoke with a 2-year-old student studying at Liverpool , Efthyvoulos Drousiotis , originally from Paphos. He is studying Computer Science at the University of Liverpool .

In his free time he prefers to play the violin and cook.

Hello Efthyvoule. First you want to explain to us why you decided to study specifically in Liverpool in England, rather than in another city?

My childhood is directly connected to the sea , so the fact that Liverpool is a seaside city played an important role in the decision my.

Another important factor is its reputation as one of the best in the field of science . The University of Liverpool is historically one of the 6 “ civic red bricks ” universities and is a member of the Russell Group Universities .

What did you do to prepare before you started your studies?

In the middle of my military service I had to choose what field of study I would like to pursue, but I had not settled in a particular field. So I turned to Global Education for help.
