Global Education organised a pre departure gathering together with the Reading Hellenic-Cypriot society on the 31st of August at Garden Day and Night in Nicosia. The event was a great success with lots of new students attending as well as current students from the society that came to support.
The Director of Global Education, Chris Sofroniou, welcomed the students and gave a short speech about life in Reading and at the end wished them good luck. There was also a greeting from the President of the Society, Frixos Christofides, who pointed out that the society would always be a there for the new students.
All new students were given a pre departure guide with useful info about hotels, main attractions of Reading city which was created and published by Global Education with the support of the society.
