Accommodation

Excelia Business School provides assistance for international students in finding accommodation in Excelia Business School. If you would like the School to help you reserve a room (either with a host family or in university residences) then you should return the Housing Application Form at least two months prior to the commencement of your study programme to the Business School Housing Office which will act as an intermediary with the private housing organisations involved. A non-refundable administrative fee of 60€ will be charged for the service.

You will be able to state your preference on the housing form and we will attempt to match your stated preferences (not guaranteed due to the limited number of rooms available at any given time). It is strongly recommended that you apply for accommodation as soon as you are admitted to your programme as accommodation will be allocated on first come, first served basis.

Once you have confirmed your acceptance you are bound to the accommodation agreement and have to pay the rent for the months you have asked us to arrange accommodation for. This is subject to certain conditions in the case of a withdrawal from your course.

There is a possibility to ask for government grant to finance your housing.
