Since I was a little girl I dreamt of going to university and obtaining a good degree because I wanted to be successful in life. During my teenage years I changed my mind several times about what I really wanted to study at university. The only thing I knew for sure was that it had to be something I was good at and enjoyed! When I finished secondary school I was in need for guidance so I decided to call Global!
When I first called them I was really nervous. Various thoughts were going through my mind - 'Am I really ready for university? Am I mature enough to study for a degree? Will I like university life? Won't I feel homesick? Will I manage on my own in another country away from my parents? Will I succeed at university? Will I be able to get the degree I want? Will I finally be successful in life?' The person I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and suggested a meeting in order for me to learn more about the university I was interested in. A couple of days later I went to the office and was impressed by the way the staff treated me. They reassured me about all the worries I had and treated me like an important individual. I felt really special! They soon guided me suitably and I was finally able to choose the right degree for me. They advised me on what paperwork I had to prepare next in order for me to be accepted on the specific course and they also booked me an interview with the university representative! I was really excited!!
Things were finally looking good! I was so eager I called one of my best friends and told her what had happened so she then decided to contact Global herself who got the same treatment as me! My friend was soon helped as well and we were both so thrilled we were leaving to go to university together! I took BA Teaching English as a Foreign Language and then I continued onto a Master's degree in Human Resource Management with Marketing. My years at university were the best years of my life and I would never trade them with anything in this world. What I think is most unique about them is the positive approach to all my study needs. I originally went to them in 1999 for guidance on my fist degree and went back again last year for Postgraduate advice having worked in Cyprus for a few years, service and approach was excellent as always.

My decision to study at university was one that came after many years of thought - 7 to be precise; but I wanted to be sure of what I was going to study - in order to succeed in life I had to surround myself with what I loved doing; therefore with a firm decision in my heart, I called Global!
It was obvious from the telephone conversation I had with the office prior to my interview that I was dealing with a professional team of people but above all with a friendly team of people. I am currently studying for a BA in Politics at LSE in London. I became aware of Global and their Educational services at an educational fair in Cyprus. When I graduated from high school in 2001 I still hadn’t decided whether I was going to take a year off studies or go straight to university. The entire procedure of choosing the right university, course and applying for them all appeared too sketchy and complicated to me. I sought academic counseling from Global Education after feeling totally overwhelmed towards my university planning. Securing a position to study at one of the top Universities in the U.K. through Global was only the beginning; I needed to proceed with all the rest and most importantly, accommodation. I had a difficult time finding accommodation near the university because of the delay on my part; I was so apprehensive about everything. I had heard of Global from family friends, whose daughter was being processed to go to The University of Nottingham by Global Education the previous year.

Big or small, there were issues that had to be resolved and I felt at ease once I realized that there was a mutual understanding and professional guidance from their consultants.
